Allen Moore is a seasoned international business leader and an experienced organizational consultant. He brings to the PDI Ninth House team excellent knowledge of business planning and execution, having led major strategy, technology investment, and change initiatives with government ministries and multinational enterprises. While living in Asia for 14 years, Allen consulted extensively within industry sectors of information technology, health care, banking, logistics/supply chain, and consumer products. An excellent facilitator, he has led programs for more than 300 companies and 3,000 participants over the years. Most recently, he has focused on leadership talent development; integration of business, IT, and people strategy; and driving sales effectiveness.

Allen’s consulting is grounded in a solid base of practice as a business leader, with over 20 years of global experience in the health care industry. As the director of global marketing and international business in Baxter Healthcare and Dade Diagnostics, Allen was responsible for business development, strategic planning, sales, marketing, and operations management across eight countries in Europe and Asia.

Results Achieved

  • Experiencing unprecedented growth, a global logistics firm needed to implement a large-scale, multiyear road map for leadership development. Working with their regional HR team to assess high potentials, Allen designed and led three levels of programs focused on key career transition points. These programs combined individual and group learning, business simulations, experiential techniques, coaching, and mentoring to develop leadership skills and a common culture for more than 1,000 high potentials.
  • A U.S.-based health care company expanded with fast growth and high investor expectations. Plans and leadership talent were initially scarce, and Allen worked quickly to lead strategy sessions, implement sales skills training and leadership development, and coach key executives on evolving leadership competencies. The result was alignment of strategy and talent, fostering enhanced sales effectiveness and profits.
