With more than 15 years of experience in employee selection and assessment, Charlotte knows how to use data to drive change at the organizational level. At the individual level, Charlotte is an experienced coach, helping her clients actualize their leadership potential. She has held several roles within PDI Ninth House, including assessment practice leader for the Eastern region of the US and Managing Director of the Switzerland office, based in Geneva. Charlotte has published articles on leadership in the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Leadership Quarterly and has presented on the topic at professional conferences.
