Cori came to PDI Ninth House in 1998 from Northwest Airlines where she developed and implemented a wide range of safety and service training projects, specializing in the management of international contract training. She partnered with NATCO to bring emergency management training to aviation organizations around the world. She also held performance improvement roles at Minnesota Public Radio, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and Pan American Airways.

Cori, who is currently completing her Ph.D., is the author of A Consultant’s Guide to Action Learning, co-author of Developing Leaders and Organizations Through Action Learning as well as numerous articles. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Results Achieved

  • After outsourcing routine HR functions, a high-tech firm needed to engage remaining HR staff to become business partners. Cori designed and delivered a pilot program that included a learning and development system that involved assessment, individual coaching, simulation-based workshops, and a post-program community of learning. The success of the pilot led to expanding the program globally.
  • When the financial services division of an automotive giant reorganized into regional large-scale customer contact centers, Cori was asked to help the newly formed business unit leadership teams establish themselves through team building, strategic thinking, and communication skills. The success of this pilot led the firm to ask Cori to implement the program at the client’s regional centers throughout North America.

Partnering Advantage

Cori uses her extensive knowledge of organizational development analysis tools to identify client needs and devise custom solutions to meet their challenges.
