
Harry delivers services to local, state, and federal government agencies and nonprofit organizations. He has designed selection systems and training interviews for both private and public clients. In addition, he has had extensive opportunities to provide trial assistance as an expert witness in employment law cases.

Harry brings a unique set of experiences as an educator, senior probation officer, and psychologist to his role as senior vice president of PDI Ninth House’s Public Sector Services. Since joining the company in 1978, he has designed selection, appraisal, and succession systems for a variety of public and private organizations. In demand as an expert witness, Harry frequently writes and speaks on legal topics, and is a charter member of the Minnesota Employment Law Council.
