Jeff has done extensive work with leaders in PDI Ninth House’s core businesses of strategy, competency modeling assessment, leadership development, and coaching. He has helped PDI Ninth House clients build global talent management, succession and leadership development strategies, and processes. He also delivers executive services such as assessments and coaching within succession and talent management engagements.

Jeff is a highly accomplished and business focused executive. He was general manager for PDI Ninth House Southeast U.S. territory for six years. Prior to that he was as a senior-level HR executive for a Fortune 100 financial services company where he managed succession planning, executive and leadership development, recruitment, and training. Jeff has extensive international experience having worked with leaders in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and North America.

Jeff is a frequent presenter at industry and professional conferences and has written many articles on talent management.

  • Partnered with a global Fortune 100 consumer products company to create and implement a global talent management strategy. Increased the number of executive roles filled internally and number of cross business rotations.
  • Consulted with a sales leadership team on strategy, change management, and implementation of a strategic accounts organization design to increase sales by $300 million per year.
  • Delivered CEO and C-suite assessments and reported results to the Board of Directors for a Southeast Regional Retail Company.
