Before joining PDI Ninth House, Joanne held corporate positions in finance and organizational strategy. She also has broad teaching and training experience in finance, strategy, and HRD. Joanne frequently is sought out for speaking engagements and has been published in journals including Human Resource Development Quarterly and Human Resource Development International.
