Results Achieved
- Led an initiative with one of the world's largest employers (1.6m) in India, involving research to customize and deliver training across an audience span of close to 18,000 employees over a 2-year contract period-on building customer service capabilities. The initiative led to measurable 'before' and 'after scores' in customer surveys.
- Most recently, as CEO of a global training and development firm, from start up in 2003 to present, he built a team of over 70 professionals now working across seven cities in India creating the fastest growing part of the group worldwide and poised to become an important revenue contributor globally by 2009. Raj's creativity and innovation are reflected his creation of a ‘first of its kind "finishing school" for young talent which is designed to train more than ten thousand students annually when fully operational.
