Blended Learning Most Effective in Creating Behavior Change

This is the first published study to demonstrate the efficacy and ROI of blended learning relative to other delivery methodologies. Compared with traditional learning delivery, online and blended delivery is not only more cost-efficient, but actually more effective in producing behavior change, and therefore higher productivity.
